I’d like to suggest a relatively simple improvement to the replace funtion: a checkbox such as “Replace in all open documents”. Most popular editors have had this feature for a long time. I need it every day in my work, which means I’ve had to buy another Unicode-capable editor just for this one function.
Please note that “Replace in files” is NOT a suitable substitute, because (a) often there is no useful filemask to specify, and (b) my replacements are not mechanical but semantic, which means I have to see exactly what I’m replacing in a document. I cannot do it “blindly” in files on disk, because it would be too easy to corrupt files unintentionally.
    Thank you kindly,
    Marek
